INITIAL CONSULTATION

The initial session is an opportunity for you to share your reasons for seeking therapy and ask any questions you may have about the process. It also provides us with the opportunity to discuss expectations and goals for therapy and to determine therapeutic fit. Because I believe that therapeutic fit is foundational to the work we may do, I do not charge for the initial session. If for any reason we decide not to work together, I would be happy to provide you with other referrals. 

 

FEES

Each session is 50 minutes, unless otherwise scheduled ahead of time. My fee per session is $180. 

 

SLIDING SCALE

I reserve some slots for reduced fee therapy appointments, using a sliding scale based on availability and financial need. If you are seeking therapy and find it difficult to pay my standard fee, please contact me to discuss availability. 

 

INSURANCE

I am an out-of-network provider for PPO insurance. As an out-of-network provider, I do not bill insurance companies directly but can provide you with monthly receipts that you can submit for reimbursement.  

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

All session fees will be invoiced via email through Square to ensure secure encryption of financial information. I accept most FSA/HSA cards and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
