I specialize in working with couples seeking to repair and strengthen their connection, particularly after a breach of trust in the relationship. I have received advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, which focuses on using the safety of the therapeutic relationship to help couples identify and examine patterns of conflict and empowers couples to build bridges that allow for a deeper and more authentic emotional connection.
